- Driver information, including names, dates of birth, license numbers, and Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs).
- Loss run reports and prior insurance history from current or previous carriers.
- Publicly available safety data, such as CSA scores, inspection, and crash history.

- Device type, browser, operating system, IP address, and general location.
- Cookie and similar technology data, collected as described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics tools load only after you consent.
3. How We Use Information
- To prepare quotes and submit applications to insurance carriers on your behalf.
- To bind, service, renew, and manage policies once a carrier approves coverage.

Tools on Our Claims, Certificate Request and Policy Change Forms
Address suggestions. When you type in an address field on our claims, certificate request or policy change forms, the characters you type are sent from our servers to Google Maps Platform to suggest matching addresses. No other information from the form is sent to Google. Google’s handling of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference.
Vehicle details. When you enter a vehicle identification number (VIN), our servers send only that number to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s public vehicle database to show the vehicle’s year and make for you to confirm.
Company details. When you enter a USDOT number, only that number is used to look up the matching company in public Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration records.
Security check. Our claims, certificate request and policy change forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and device for this purpose, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Where your requests go. Claims, certificate requests and policy change requests submitted through our website are stored in and delivered through our Microsoft 365 environment. A policy change request is held in protected Microsoft Azure storage operated for us only until it has been delivered to our team, and is then removed from that storage. Requests are not sent to marketing or email delivery services.
Submission records. When you submit a claim, a certificate request or a policy change request, we record the date and time, your device’s IP address and browser type, the result of the security check, and a digital fingerprint of your submission. We keep this record in protected storage that cannot be altered, for security, fraud prevention and record keeping, including showing when a request was received and delivered. The record does not contain a copy of the information you entered.
Saved progress. While you fill out our claims, certificate request or policy change forms, your answers are saved only in that browser tab on your device, so a dropped signal or a phone call does not erase them. They are not sent to us until you press Submit, and they are erased when you send the form, close the tab, choose Start over, or after 24 hours. Attached files and signatures are never saved this way.
Electronic signatures. When you sign a form by typing your name and checking the box, we keep your typed name, the statement you agreed to, and the date and time with that request.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Prestige Trucking Insurance does not sell consumer personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Mobile Numbers and SMS Consent
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt in consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages you requested.
If you opt in to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
7. Gramm Leach Bliley Act Notice
As a licensed insurance agency, we handle nonpublic personal financial information about our clients and applicants. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect this information. Access is limited to employees and service providers who need it to perform their responsibilities, and we require service providers to protect it in a manner consistent with this policy.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted database permissions, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet insurance recordkeeping and other legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain sharing. To submit a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides additional rights. In the past twelve months we have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, professional information, and inferences drawn from the above, for the purposes described in Section 3.
11. Children
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
